Blossom and Rhyme is a floral preservation studio that needed a more elevated online presence to stand out among competitors. We focused on creating a clear, guided customer journey that walks users through the preservation process step by step. The site includes customized product options, strategic add-ons to boost average order value, and tailored cart questions to personalize each order. We also implemented custom customer notifications, featured user-generated content, and organized multiple preservation categories to create a seamless and trust-building experience from start to finish.
This project focused on clarity, beauty, and ease of use, making each step of the process simple and intuitive for customers. By streamlining the experience, we helped minimize questions and reduce friction. The design is visually impactful, setting the brand apart in a crowded market. Through thoughtful layout and messaging, we also infused storytelling into the entire user journey.
